Why am I not receiving any notifications?

Find out why you are not receiving messages about the status of your test.

We can only notify you about the status of your test if you have activated your test. If you have not yet done so, we kindly ask you to quickly complete this on the myBioma platform. You will need the 12-digit activation code from the instructions in your kit.

After activation, we will stay in touch with you and inform you as soon as your test arrives at our laboratory and the analysis is started. If you have not received any notification from us 2-3 weeks after sending the sample, please check on the myBioma platform whether you have activated your test and what the status of your sample is.
