Sometimes this email also ends up in the spam folder. To avoid this, add our e-mail address service@mybioma.com to your contacts.If you still do not receive an email from us, it is likely that you do not yet have an account on the myBioma platform. If it's been a while since your last test, you may still be using the app. In this case, please create a new account on the platform and use the same e-mail address as for the app. This way, your old results will also be displayed on your myBioma platform account.
