1. Write an E-Mail to reimbursement@mybioma.com and provide us with your order number and your private insurance information. If you need a prescription and it's okay for you to be in our partner's customer system, please also send us your first name and last name, date of birth, and address.
2. We at myBioma will edit your invoice (and if needed create the prescription) and send it back to you.
3. Submit the invoice (and, if requested by the insurance, the prescription) to your insurance company.
4. Your insurance company will send you an approval or rejection notice. Please send us the confirmation of your approval or rejection to reimbursement@mybioma.com.
5. If your insurance reimburses 50%, we at myBioma will transfer the remaining 50% to you, covering 100% of your costs.
