How much does it cost to return the sample to the lab?

We offer three different options for returning the sample - standard shipping and shipping with UPS or DHL. All three options are free of charge for you.

For standard shipping, you can drop the sample in the nearest mailbox using the prepaid return envelope. For shipping with UPS or DHL, please download the return label from the myBioma platform and attach it to the return envelope. Please drop off the envelope at a UPS/DHL Service Point.
