How long it takes for your sample to reach us depends on the speed of postal delivery.
Normally, we expect the shipment of the sample to take 2-3 weeks. The duration mainly depends on the country you are sending your sample from. In exceptional cases, there may also be delays that prolong the return shipment. We therefore ask you for your patience!
As soon as your sample reaches the lab, you will immediately be informed about it.
Please note: this only works if you have already activated your sample!
