For returning the sample to our lab, we offer two different options. You can choose the shipping option after activating your test on the myBioma platform:
Standard Shipping: the test kit includes a return envelope that is already pre-paid. You can drop the envelope with the sample into the nearest letterbox. Normally, the shipping time is a few days up to two weeks. In exceptional cases or during holidays, shipping may take a bit longer.
No additional labeling of the envelope is necessary. The liquid in the sample tube stabilizes your sample, and the analysis is possible even after a longer transport time.Shipping with UPS: for faster shipping, we offer the option to ship with UPS. On the myBioma platform, you can print the free shipping label for this. Attach it to the return envelope and drop it off at the nearest UPS shop. Shipping with UPS takes 1-2 days, and you can track your sample. (This option is not available for shipping from Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Norway)
Our lab processes incoming samples every Tuesday and Thursday. Therefore, it may happen, for example, that a sample sent on Wednesday only arrives at the lab the following Tuesday. Once your sample has arrived, we will inform you via email.
If you have not received any notification from us after 4 weeks, please contact our customer service - we will take care of your request and find a solution.
Important: This notification only works if you have already activated your sample beforehand!
