For sending your sample back to our lab, we offer two different options. You can pick your shipping option after activating your test on the myBioma platform:
Standard Shipping: your test kit comes with a return envelope that's already pre-stamped. Just drop the envelope with your sample into the nearest mailbox. Usually, shipping takes a few days up to two weeks. In rare cases or around holidays, it might take a bit longer.
There's no need to label the envelope further. The liquid in the sample tube keeps your sample stable, so we can still analyze it even after a longer shipping time.
Shipping with UPS: if you want faster shipping, you can pick the UPS option. On the myBioma platform, you can print out the free shipping label for this. Stick it onto the return envelope and drop it off at any UPS shop. Usually, UPS shipping takes 2-3 days and you can track your sample.
Our lab processes incoming samples every Tuesday and Thursday. So, for example, a sample sent on Wednesday might not reach the lab until the following Tuesday. As soon as your sample arrives, we'll let you know by email.
If you don't hear from us within 4 weeks, please contact our customer service—we'll take care of your request and find a solution.
