Immediately after you placed your order we will send the kit to your home. After the stool collection, you drop the prepaid envelope with the tube into the mailbox. Depending on your location, the return shipment may take 2-3 weeks. Once your test has arrived at our laboratory, we extract the DNA and prepare it for sequencing. We will then bioinformatically process the sample, which will provide you with your clear and detailed report. Our goal is to constantly shorten the testing time. However, because the test is so complex, you have to expect a time of 3-4 weeks until you receive your results.
