Each kit includes a pre-paid return envelope in which you can place the sample tube. You can then directly drop the envelope into a mailbox, and it will be returned to us.
If you choose to drop off the envelope at a post office counter, you can point out the pre-paid postage.
In rare cases, there may be issues with the pre-paid postage. In this case, we ask you to send the sample as a regular letter.
