You should follow these steps to take your stool sample:
1. Preparation:
a) Remove the tube from its packaging and place it together with the sampling stick next to your toilette.
b) Place the stool collector onto the toilette seat. Sit so that the stool falls right into the stool catcher.
Recommendation: Try not to urinate during your bowel movement. It is best to empty your bladder first.
2. Taking the sample:
a) Unscrew the tube and take a small sample of your stool at three different spots with the sampling stick.
b) Insert the sampling stick into the tube and stir for 30 seconds to dissolve the stool in the liquid.
c) Break off the sampling stick in the tube at the predetermined buckling point. Tightly screw on the lid of the tube (with the sampling stick in it).
Important: Activate your test before you send your sample to our laboratory!
