# I'm a partner and I forgot my password. What can I do?

Find out what you can do

1.  Enter your email address on the login screen, then click “Next”.
    
2.  Click on “Forgotten your password?”
    
3.  You will then receive a password reset link via email.
    
4.  By clicking on the reset link, you can set a new password.
    

Please note:

-   The reset link is valid for **10 minutes**.
    
-   Passwords must be at least **8 characters** long.
    
-   For security, each reset link can only be used once.
    

If you don't receive an email with the password reset link, please contact our support.
