# How can I cancel my subscription? (Bioma.Health Customers from USA/Canada)

myBioma and Bioma Health ([bioma.health](https://bioma.health)) are separate companies. We are not affiliated with Bioma Health in any way.

We sometimes receive messages intended for Bioma Health, particularly from customers in the United States and Canada who are looking for help with:

-   Canceling a Bioma Health subscription.
    
-   Returning probiotic capsules, supplements or pill bottles.
    
-   Stopping automatic or recurring credit card charges.
    
-   Canceling an automatic subscription renewal they did not intend to continue.
    
-   Requesting a refund for an order or subscription payment.

myBioma cannot access Bioma Health customer accounts, cancel their subscriptions or stop their deliveries.

Sending a cancellation request to [service@mybioma.com](mailto:service@mybioma.com) or through the myBioma chatbot does not cancel a Bioma Health subscription. You need to submit your request directly to Bioma Health.
